Abstract: Profetic Leadership is a collection of leadership values derived from the characteristics of Prophet Muhammad SAW: Siddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fathonah.Organizational Commitment is the desire of employees to keep members in the organization to achieve organizational goals, and aspects of organizational commitment that is Affective commitment, Continuance commitment, and Normative commitment. This study aims to determine the relationship of prophetic leadership with the commitment of employee organizations. The method used in this research is quantitative method with sampling technique is Purposive Sampling. The population in this study are employees who work at MTS Kota Tanjungbalai, As for the sample characteristics of this study are employees who have worked more than 15 years at MTS Tanjungbalai City. Scale form in this study using Likert scale with prophetic leadership reliability coefficient 0,963 and organizational commitment 0,910.Data analysis using Product Moment correlation. Based on the calculation of data analysis using Product Moment correlation The obtained coefficient relationship ofrxy= -0.560 with significant p = 0.001 <0.050.This means there is a positive relationship between prophetic leadership and organizational commitment.The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0.314, This shows that organizational commitment is formed by prophetic leadership of 31.4%.The relationship of prophetic leadership with employee organization commitment is high where the empirical average value above the hypothetical average value in the normal curve. For prophetic leadership variables SD number is 13,950, while for variable of organization commitment of elementary number is 8,472. The average empirical value of prophetic leadership = 125.87 whereas the average hypothetical value of = 90, then the empirical value of organizational commitment = 96.47 while the average hypothetical value of = 72.5
Description: Kepemimpinan Profetik merupakan kumpulan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan yang bersumber dari sifat yang dimiliki Nabi Muhammad SAW yaitu Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, dan Fathonah. Komitmen Organisasi merupakan keinginan karyawan untuk mepertahankan keanggotaannya di organisasi demi mencapai tujuan organisasi. Aspek-aspek komitmen organisasi yaitu Affective commitment, Continuance commitment, dan Normative commitment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan profetik dengan komitmen organisasi karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di MTS Kota Tanjungbalai, adapun ciri-ciri sampel penelitian adalah karyawan yang sudah bekerja lebih dari 15 tahun di MTS Kota Tanjungbalai. Bentuk skala penelitian menggunakan skala Likert dengan koefisien reliabilitas kepemimpinan profetik 0,963 dan komitmen organisasi 0,910. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment di peroleh koefisien hubungan sebesar rxy =-0,560 dengan signifikan p = 0.001< 0,050. Artinya ada hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan profetik dengan komitmen organisasi. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,314, ini menunjukan bahwa komitmen organisasi dibentuk oleh kepemimpinan profetik sebesar 31,4%. Hubungan kepemimpinan profetik dengan komitmen organisasi karyawan tergolong tinggi dimana nilai rata-rata empirik diatas nilai rata-rata hipotetik dalam kurva normal.Untuk variabel kepemimpinan profetik bilangan SD nya adalah 13.950, sedangkan variabel komitmen organisasi bilangan SD adalah 8.472. Nilai rata-rata empirik kepemimpinan profetik = 125.87 sedangkan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya sebesar = 90, kemudian nilai rata-rata empirik komitmen organisasi = 96.47 sedangkan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya sebesar = 72,5
