dc.description | Percobaan Berbagai Komposisi Mikroogranisme Lokal (MOL) Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Selada (Lactuca sativa). Skripsi. Di bawah bimbingan Retno Astuti, selaku Ketua Pembimbing dan Maimunah, selaku Anggota Pembimbing. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area yang berlokasi di Jalan Kolam No. 1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian tempat 12 m dpl, topografi datar dan jenis tanah alluvial. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2015. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Non Faktorial dengan faktor perlakuan komposisi MOL, terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yakni : M0 = kontrol, M1 = ¼ kg buah pepaya + ¼ gula aren + 2 L air kelapa + 2 L air cucian beras, M2 = ¼ kg buah pepaya + ¼ gula aren + 2 L air kelapa + 2 L air cucian beras + ¼ kg rebung, dan M3 = ¼ kg buah pepaya + ¼ gula aren + 2 L air kelapa + 2 L air cucian beras + ¼ kg buah maja, serta diulang sebanyak 6 kali. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar dan bobot basah panen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakukan pemberian berbagai komposisi MOL berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman selada. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Experiment of Various Composition of Local Microogranism (MOL) Against Growth and Lettuce Production (Lactuca sativa). Thesis. Under the guidance of Retno Astuti, as chief of advisor and Maimunah, as Member of Advisor. This research was conducted at Experimental Garden of Faculty of Agriculture, University of Medan Area located on 1 pond street Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District with altitude 12 m asl, flat topography and alluvial soil type. This study starts from October to November 2015. The design used in this study was Randomized Block Design (RAK) Non Factorial with composition treatment factor MOL consists of 4 levels of treatment, ie : M0 = control, M1 = ¼ kg papaya fruit + ¼ palm sugar + 2 L coconut water + 2 L rice washing water, M2 = ¼ kg papaya fruit + ¼ palm sugar + 2 L coconut water + 2 L rice laundry water + ¼ kg bamboo shoots, and M3 = ¼ kg of papaya fruit + ¼ palm sugar + 2 L coconut water + 2 L rice water + ¼ kg of maja fruit, and repeated 6 times. The parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of leaves, root length and wet weight of harvest. The results showed that the treatment of various MOL compositions had no significant effect on the growth and production of lettuce. | en_US |
