Abstract: | Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a manifestation of awareness or action taken by the company as a sense of corporate responsibility to the community and the environment around the company. This study uses measurement tools of Corporate Social Responsibility scale through aspects of CSR based on the theory of International Standards Organization (ISO) 26000 on social responsibility (in Kartini, 2013) such as environment, society, human rights, labor, consumer, and organizational governance. This research uses descriptive quantitative method that aims to know the description of the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility in the community around PT Delima Makmur. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample in this study is the community living around PT Delima Makmur as many as 75 people. Data collection is done by using Likert scale method. Data collection tools use descriptive analysis techniques, standard deviation, mean and percentage. Based on validity test and reliability test of measuring instrument, it is known that the scale of Corporate Social Responsibility has score Corrected Item-Total Correlation ≥ 0.3; with a moving score of rbt = 0.303 to rbt = 0.610, with reliability score of Cronbach Alpha 0.928. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility, the average value of Corporate Social Responsibility is 10%, 12% environmental aspect, 12% in fair practice, 12% from consumer aspect, human rights aspect by 15%, organizational governance aspects by 16%, and employment aspect of 23%. This shows that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility done by the company is higher in labor aspect, which is 23%. Keywords: Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) |
Description: | Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan sebuah wujud kepedulian atau tindakan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan sebagai rasa tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap masyarakat maupun lingkungan sekitar perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur skala pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility melalui aspek-aspek CSR berdasarkan teori International Standarts Organisation (ISO) 26000 on social responsibility (dalam Kartini, 2013) antara lain lingkungan, masyarakat, hak asasi manusia, tenaga kerja, praktik kegiatan yang adil, konsumen, dan tata kelola organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility pada masyarakat sekitar PT Delima Makmur. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang tinggal disekitar PT Delima Makmur sebanyak 75 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode skala Likert. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, standart deviasi, mean dan persentase. Berdasarkan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas alat ukur diketahui skala pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility memiliki skor Corrected Item-Total Correlation ≥ 0,3; dengan skor bergerak dari rbt= 0.303 sampai rbt= 0.610, dengan skor reliabilitas Cronbach Alpha 0.928. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility didapatkan nilai rata-rata aspek pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility yaitu aspek masyarakat sebesar 10%, aspek lingkungan sebesar 12%, aspek praktik kegiatan yang adil sebesar 12%, aspek konsumen sebesar 12%, aspek hak asasi manusia sebesar 15%, aspek tata kelola organisasi sebesar 16%, dan aspek tenaga kerja sebesar 23%. Hal ini menunjukkan aspek pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility yang dilakukan oleh pihak perusahaan lebih tinggi dalam aspek tenaga kerja yaitu sebesar 23%.
