Perbedaan Motivasi Belajar Bahasa Inggris Pada Siswa Kelas Plus Dan Kelas Reguler Di Sekolah SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran

Abstract

Motivation to learn is an internal and external encouragement causes a person to act or do to achieve goals on students, resulting in behavioral changes. This study aims to see the Differences Motivation Learning English Between Plus Class Students With Regular Class Students. The research was conducted in SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran, with respondents (research subject) are students in SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran which amounted to 30 students who are students plus grade and 75 students who are students in the regular class. Data on learning motivation was revealed by using Likert scale consisting of 31 questions (items) in the compilation of researchers based on the characteristics of learning motivation. Sampling technique used by rendom sampling. From the results of data analysis research using techniques anava path 1 shows that there is a Difference Motivation Learning English Between Plus Class Students With Regular Class In SMA Negeri 4 Kisaran This is in the show by the difference coefficient Anava F = 5,083 with sig coefficient 0,026 < 0,05 . See the mean value of Hypothesis and Empirical Mean Motivation Learning Believed value of 90.12, Class Plus with an average value of 93.00, compared to Regular Class average of 88.97. From the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted
