dc.description | Analisis Pengaruh Bakat Penjualan, Persepsi Peran, Tingkat Keahlian, dan Kepribadian Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Penjual Pada PT.Astra International Tbk, Toyota (Auto 2000) Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bakat penjualan, persepsi peran, tingkat keahlian dan kepribadian secara parsial terhadap kinerja tenaga penjual pada PT.Astra International Tbk, Toyota (Auto 2000) Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh bakat penjualan, persepsi peran, tingkat keahlian, dan kepribadian secara simultan terhadap kinerja tenaga penjual pada PT.Astra International Tbk, Toyota (Auto 2000) Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT.Astra International Tbk, Toyota (Auto 2000) Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan yang bekerja pada bidang penjualan berjumlah 60 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT.Astra International Tbk, Toyota (Auto 2000) Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan yang bekerja pada bidang penjualan berjumlah 60 orang dengan demikian penelitian ini disebut sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan model persamaan y= 5.604 + 0.417 + 0.394 + 0.595 + 0.357. koefisien determinasi dengan nilai R= 0.758 dam nilai R Square= 0.618. sedangkan uji hipotesis di dapat nilai Fhitung= 54.815 dan nilai Thitung yaitu 5.215 untuk variabel X4 dan nlai kostanta 5.607 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa bakat penjualan, persepsi peran, tingkat keahlian dan kepribadian secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga penjual pada PT.Astra International Tbk, Toyota (Auto 2000) Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan. Dan bakat penjualan, persepsi peran, tingkat keahlian, dan kepribadian secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga penjual pada PT.Astra International Tbk, Toyota (Auto 2000) Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan | en_US |

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of sales talent, role perception, level of expertise and personality partially on salesmen performance at PT.Astra International Tbk, Toyota (Auto 2000)GatotSubroto Branch Medan. To know the influence of sales talent, role perception, skill level, and personality simultaneously to the performance of salespeople at PT.Astra International Tbk,Toyota (Auto 2000) Branch GatotSubroto Medan. This type of research is associative. The population in this research is all employees in PT.Astra International Tbk, Toyota (Auto 2000) Branch GatotSubroto Medan who work in the field of sales amounted to 60 people The sample in this research is all employees in PT.Astra International Tbk, Toyota (Auto 2000) Branch GatotSubroto Medan who work in the field of sales amounted to 60 people thus this research called saturated samples.
