Abstract: Petsai vegetables (Brassica chinensis L) or usually called as chinese cabbage is a horticulture product and become societies interest due to its good taste and has a high value of nutrition. Several studies were conducted with aims to sought the the utilization of the liquid fertilizer from saba banana peel and the usage of compost of restaurant waste and the effect towards production of petsai vegetables (Brassica chinensis L). This study organized at experimental garden of University Medan Area, Percut Sei Tuan District with the elevation of ± 12 MASL from March to May 2017. The research was arranged by using Random Group Design (RGD) factorial with 2 times of repetition. The liquid fertilizer from saba banana peel has the distribution factor as much as 4 level concentration (0%, 20%, 40%, and 80%), then the dosage of restaurant waste compost has 4 treatment level (0, 10, 15, and 20 ton/ha). The result reveals that liquid fertilizer from saba banana peel with a different concentration is influencing towards several parameters of the plant, namely: height, wet weight per plot and selling weight per plot. An optimum effect is found at 80% of level concentration, with 2.28 kg of selling weight/plot. Meanwhile, the dosage treatment of restaurant waste compost only effecting onselling weight per plot parameter. 20 ton/ha of dosage shows the highest value of selling weight as much as 2.19 kg/plot. The best of treatment combination is indicated by P3L2 (the concentration of liquid fertilizer from saba banana peel as much as 80% and dosage of restaurant waste compost as much as 15 ton/ha) with 3.13 kg/plot for parameter of wet weight per plot.
Konsentrasi 80% menunjukkan pengaruh terbaik sebesar 2.28 kg bobot jual produksi/plot. Sementara itu, perlakuan dosis pemberian pupuk kompos limbah rumah makan hanya berpengaruh pada parameter bobot jual produksi per plot. Dosis 20 ton/ha menunjukan nilai bobot jual produksi tertinggi sebesar 2.19 kg /plot. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik ditunjukkan P3L2 (konsentrasi pupuk cair kulit pisang kepok 80% dan dosis pupuk kompos limbah rumah makan 15 ton/ha) sebesar 3.13 kg/plot untuk parameter bobot basah produksi /plot.
