dc.description | Loyalitas berarti kesadaran karyawan dengan keseluruhan kemampuan keteraampilan,pikiran, dan waktu untuk ikut serta mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan menyimpan rahasia perusahaan serta tidak melakukan tindakan-tindakan yang merugikan perusahaan selama orang itu masih berstatus sebagai karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur skala faktor-faktor loyalitas kerja melalui faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor loyalitas kerja karyawan PT Agincourt Recources Tapsel Sumut, teknik pengambilan sampe menggunakan purposive sampling. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Agincourt Recources Tapsel Sumut sebanyak 120 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, standart deviasi, mean, dan tabulasi. Berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas alat ukur diketahui skala faktor-faktor loyalitas kerja memiliki skor Corrected Item-Total Correlation > 0.3 dengan skor bergerak dari rbt 0.305 sampai rbt 0.762. dengan skor reliabilitas cronbach alpha 0.946. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif faktor faktor loyalitas kerja didapatkan faktor eksternal memperoleh persentasi yang sebesar 68% dan faktor internal sebesar 32%. dc.description.abstract | Loyalty means employee awareness with the overall skill, mind, and time ability to participate in achieving company goals and keeping company secrets and not taking actions that harm the company as long as the person is still an employee. This study uses a scale measurement of work loyalty factors through internal and external factors. This study uses quantitative descriptive which aims to determine the factors of employee loyalty PT Agincourt Recources Tapsel Sumut, sampling technique using purposive sampling. Subjects in this study are employees who work in PT Agincourt Recources Tapsel Sumut as many as 120 people. Data collection is done by using Likert scale. Data collection tools use descriptive analysis techniques, standard deviation, mean, and tabulation. Based on test of validity and reliability of measuring instrument known scale work loyalty factor have score Corrected Item-Total Correlation > 0.3. with a moving score of rbt 0.305 to rbt 0.762, with a reliability score of cronbach alpha 0.946. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of work loyalty factors obtained external factors obtained a percentage of 68% and internal factors of 32%.
