dc.description | Dinding merupakan salah satu elemen bangunan yang berfungsi memisahkan /membentuk ruang. Seiring kemajuan teknologi, maka banyak pilihan metode pekerjaan dinding yang diciptakan, salah satunya adalah dinding pracetak (panel precast). Pada proyek pembangunan gedung apartemen di Podomoro City Deli Medan dinding luarnya menggunakan panel precast. Untuk itu perlu pemahaman sistem metode pelaksanaan dinding pracetak yang memenuhi syarat. Data-data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil dari proyek pembangunan gedung, dengan observasi lapangan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penyusun tulisan dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan berbagai data dan informasi sistem metode pelaksanaan dinding pracetak berupa data gambar konstruksi, sistem pelaksanaan, foto pelaksanaan, foto bangunan, foto dinding pracetak, foto pemasangan dan referensi tentang perkembangan teknologi beton pracetak di Indonesia. Dari pembahasan yang telah dipaparkan, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa sistem struktur pracetak merupakan salah satu alternatif teknologi dalam perkembangan konstruksi di Indonesia yang bisa dilakukan dengan lebih terkontrol,lebih ekonomis, serta mendukung efisiensi waktu, efisiensi energi, dan mendukung pelestarian lingkungan. Sistem tersebut cocok digunakan pada bangunan modular, seperti rumah susun, asrama, rumah toko, ataupun kantor. Perkembangan teknologi tersebut masih sangat terbuka dengan membuat berbagai variasi system struktur dan penyempurnaan dari sistem struktur yang telah ada. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Wall is one of the elements of the building that serves to separate / form the space. As technology progresses, so many choices of wall work methods are created, one of them is precast wall (panel precast). On the project of building an apartment building in Podomoro City Deli Medan perimeter outside wall using precast panel. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the system of precision wall execution method. The data used in this study were drawn from the construction project, with field observations, interviews and documentation. Preparation of the writing is done by collecting data and information systems implementation in the form of image data precast beam construction, system implementation, execution photos, photos of buildings, precast beam pictures, photos and references installation of precast concrete technology in Indonesia. Based on the discussions that have been presented, it can be concluded that the system of precast concrete structures is one alternative in the development of construction technology in Indonesia that can be done with a more controlled, more economical, as well as supporting the efficiency of time, energy efficiency, and supporting environmental conservation. The system is suitable for use in modular buildings, such as apartment, dormitory, home stores, or offices. The development of the technology is still very open to making a variety of structural systems and refinement of existing structural system. Precast beams has advantages compared to conventional beam including quality control, shorter implementation time, costs are more economical, and weather effects can be minimized. | en_US |
