dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Polonia Medan. Populasi sebanyak 61 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling sehingga sampel sebanyak 61 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah instrument motivasi kerja yang terdiri dari 22 item (α =0,884), instrument kepuasan kerja yang terdiri dari 28 item (α= 0,911), instrument komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari 23 item (α=0,849). Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi didapatkan koefisien linieritas (Rxy) = 0.834 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi didapatkan koefisien linieritas (Rxy) = 0.735 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050. Pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi didapatkan koefisien linieritas (Rxy) = 0.874 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050. Sumbangan efektif motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 69,5 % dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (R2) = 0.695. Sumbangan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 54%, dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (R2) = 0.54. Sumbangan motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 71.7% dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (R2) = 0.717.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine empirically the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction of organizational commitment on the employee immigration class 1 polonia field. The population of 61 people, by using sampling technique total sampling so that sample counted 61 people.The measuring instrument used is a work motivation instrument consisting of 22 items (α = 0.884), instrument of job satisfaction consisting of 28 items (α = 0,911), instrument organizational commitment consisting of 23 items (α = 0.849). Data analysis using multiple regression technique. Based on data analysis, the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment obtained linearity coefficient (Rxy) = 0.834 with p = 0.000 <0.050. The influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment obtained linearity coefficient (Rxy) = 0.735 with p = 0.000 <0.050. Effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment obtained linearity coefficient (Rxy) = 0.874 with p = 0.000 <0.050. The effective contribution of work motivation to organizational commitment is 69,5% seen from determinant coefficient value (R2) = 0.695. Contribution of job satisfaction to organizational commitment by 54%, seen from the value of determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.54. Contribution of work motivation and job satisfaction to wards organizational commitment equal to 71.7% seen from determinant coefficient value (R2) = 0.717.en_US
