dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi dan konformitas dengan perilaku agresif siswa SMK PAB 2 Helvetia Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Hipotesis yang diajukan terdiri dari (1) Ada hubungan Kecerdasan Emosi (EQ) dengan Perilaku Agresif pada siswa, (2) Ada hubungan Konformitas dengan Perilaku Agresif pada siswa, (3) Ada hubungan Kecerdasan Emosi (EQ) dan konformitas secara bersama-sama dengan perilaku agresif pada siswa dengan asumsi bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi maka semakin rendah perilaku agresif, sedangkan semakin rendah konformitas maka akan semakin rendah perilaku agresif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas SMK PAB 2 Helvetia Deli Serdang yang berjumlah 408 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa yang berperilaku agresif sebanyak 67 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosi, skala konformitas dan skala perilaku agresif. Analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku agresif yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi sebesar rx1y = -0,468 dan p < 0,01; (2) ada hubungan positif konformitas dengan perilaku agresif yang ditunjukkan oleh koefieisn korelasi rx2y = 0,415 dan p < 0,01; untuk kedua hipotesis diatas digunakan teknik analisis parsial; ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosi dan konformitas dengan perilaku agresif siswa yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien F = 18,870 dan R = 0,609 sedangkan R2 = 0,371 dengan p < 0,01. Hipotesis ketiga dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosi dan konformitas secara bersama dengan perilaku agresif, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and conformity with the aggressive behavior of students SMK PAB 2 Helvetia Deli Serdang District. The hypothesis proposed consists of (1) There is a relationship of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) with the Aggressive Behavior of the students, (2) There is a relationship of Conformity with Aggressive Behavior on the students, (3) There is a relationship of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and conformity together aggressive behavior in students with the assumption that the higher the emotional intelligence the lower the aggressive behavior, while the low semkin conformity will be the lower the aggressive behavior. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. The study population is all students of SMK PAB 2 Helvetia Deli Serdang class which amounted to 408 people. The sample of the study was all students who behaved aggressively as many as 67 people. Data collection methods use emotional intelligence scale, conformity scale and aggressive behavior scale. Analysis of research data showed that (1) there was a significant negative relationship between emotional intelligence with aggressive behavior shown by correlation coefficient of rx1y = -0.468 and p <0,01; (2) there is a positive relationship of conformity with aggressive behavior shown by correlation coefficient rx2y = 0,415 and p <0,01; for both hypothesis above used partial analysis technique; there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and conformity with student aggressive behavior shown by coefficient F = 18,870 and R = 0,609 while R2 = 0,371 with p <0,01. The third hypothesis in this study is to determine the relationship of emotional intelligence and conformity together with aggressive behavior, the analysis used is multiple regression analysis. | en_US |
