dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment and teacher’s performance at SMAN 4 Medan. Hypothesis proposed in this research is existence of relation between work environment with teacher’s performance of SMAN 4 Medan. This research uses quantitative approach with correlational research type with population of 60 teachers and taking samples with total sampling technique as many as 60 people, which is the entire population of teachers SMAN 4 Medan. This research uses Product Moment data analysis technique. The hypothesis in the results of this study is accepted, with the results of research showing that the work environment is positively related to teacher performance, where the school work environment is moderate and teacher performance is also moderate. This is proved by r = 0,520, with p = 0,000, and the contribution of work environment with performance factor is 27, 1% | en_US |
dc.description.sponsorship | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja guru pada SMAN 4 Medan Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja SMAN 4 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional dengan populasi sebanyak 60 orang guru serta mengambil sampel dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 60 orang, yang merupakan keseluruhan populasi dari guru SMAN 4 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Product Moment. Hipotesis dalam hasil penelitian ini diterima, dengan hasil penelitian yang memperlihatkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berhubungan positif dengan kinerja guru, dimana lingkungan kerja sekolah tergolong sedang dan kinerja guru juga tergolong sedang.
