| Abstract: | The research ains to know :1) the influence of work disipline has a significant positive effect on employee’s performance at KPP Pratama Medan Polonia, 2) work spirit has a significant positive effectt on employee’s performance at KPP Pratama Medan Polonia, 3) work discipline and spirit have positive significant effect on employee’s performance at KPP Pratama Medan Polonia. This type of research is associative research. The population is 110 employees, the sample using random sampling technique is 33 employees at KPP Pratama Medan Polonia. Data analysis technique in this reseach is multiple linear regrassion analysis.The research data is sourced from the primarydata and the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires.From the research results obtained work disipline has a positive significant effect on employee performance,where positive is shown with a value of 0,824 and significantly indicated by 0,037 < 0,05.The spirit of work has a positive significant effect on work performance where positive is indicated by the value of 0,605 and significantly indicated by 0,041 < 0,05.Motivation and work disipline have a positive significant effect on work performance where positive is shown with value 9,446 and significant is indicated by 0,002 < 0,05 |
| Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) apakah disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada KPP Pratama Medan Polonia. 2) apakah Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai KPP Pratama Medan Polonia. 3) apakah Disiplin kerja dan semangat kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada KPP Pratama Medan Polonia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi adalah pegawai yang berjumlah 110 orang, sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling berjumlah 33 orang pegawai pada KPP Pratama Medan Polonia. Teknik analisis data pada penilitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda Data penilitian bersumber dari data primer dan proses pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kusioner. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, dimana ditunjukan dengan nilai 0,824 dan signifikan ditunjukan dengan 0,037< 0,05. Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dimana positif ditunjukan dengan nilai 0,605 dan signifikan ditunjukan dengan 0,041 <0,05.
