Abstract: This research aims to look at the relationship of Learning Motivation With Self Regulated Learning on students in Vocational high schools of the country 2. is how a student become a regulator or organize learning themselves against their way of learning so that students are able to organize the learning of students with as best as possible in order to be able to achieve the feat. But in this studt is the grade XI in the flagship class of students and sampling techniques using total sampling. As for the analysis of reseaarch data using the analysis of the product moment. The results of the researcher can be seen from the coefficient rxy=0480; p= 0.000, mean p< 0,050. This means that the higher the motivational of learning yhen the higher self regulated learning on students at SMKN2. Relationship with self regulated learning motivational of learning givees a share of 23.0% this shows that self regulated learninginfluenced by motivation learning of 23.0%. the results of this value hipotetiknya 77.5 is smaller than the value of the emprical 89.67 (mean= 89.67> emprical mean hipotetik= 77.5) and the difference exceeds one SD= 10,247. Then the subject of research on self regulated learning stated high because the average value of hipotetik 75 is a lower than the value of its empirical 77.21 (mean emprik= 75 hipotetik= mean > 77.21) and the differenca exceeds one SD= 8.275. by then the hypothesis posed was declared admissible
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Motivasi Belajar Dengan Self Regulated Learning pada Siswa di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Medan. Self regulated learning adalah bagaimana seorang siswa menjadi regulator atau mengatur belajarnya sendiri terhadap cara belajar mereka sehingga siswa mampu mengatur tata cara belajar siswa dengan sebaik mungkin agar mampu mencapai prestasi. Adapun dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di kelas unggulan yang berjumlah 100 siswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Adapun analisis data penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis product momen. Hasil peneliti tersebut dapat dilihat dari koefisien rxy = 0.480 ; p = 0,000 , berarti p < 0,050. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar maka semakin tinggi self regulated learning pada siswa di SMKN2. Hubungan motivasi belajar dengan self regulated learning memberikan andil sebesar 23,0% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa self regulated learning dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar sebesar 23,0%. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi belajar dinyatakan tinggi, dimana nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya 77,5 lebih kecil dari pada nilai empirik 89,67 (mean empirik = 89,67 > mean hipotetik = 77,5) dan selisihnya melebihi satu SD= 10.247. Kemudian subjek penelitian pada self regulated learning dinyatakan tinggi karena nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya 75 lebih rendah daripada nilai empiriknya 77,21 (mean empirk = 75 > mean hipotetik = 77,21) dan selisihnya melebihi satu SD = 8.275. Oleh maka itu hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima
