Erwin Marbun, NPM 128210038. “Pakcoy (Brassica Rapa L.) plant is included in the kind of vegetable mustard which is quite economical. Nowadays, pakcoy plants are used by people in various cuisines. This plant is quite easy to cultivate and requires only a short time of about 3-4 weeks. The purpose of this study to obtain data on the effect of giving some organic fertilizers with the addition of Trichoderma sp to growth and production of pakcoy (Brassica Rapa L.) plant and can be a combination between the two treatments. This research was conducted in experimental garden of Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Medan Area, Jl. Swimming No. 1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District with a height of 20 meters above sea level (asl). The research was conducted from February to March 2016. This research has been done using Factorial Random Block Design which consists of 2 factors of treatment. The first factor tested is some manure that is: Ko = Control (Without manure); K1 = chicken manure 2 kg / plot; K2 = cow manure 2 kg / plot and K3 = goat manure 2 kg / plot. The second factor tested was the time of application of Trichoderma sp (W) consisting of 2 dosage levels namely: W1 = every 6 days, W2 = every 12 days. The results showed that the chicken manure organic fertilizer treatment had significant effect on the height parameters of the plant from age 2 MST to 4 MST and wet weight per sample.
