Perbedaan Harga Diri Ditinjau Dari Jenis Kelamin Korban Bullying pada Santri Madrasah tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren

Abstract

This study aimed to determine differences in self-esteem in terms of sex of the victim of bullying at boarding school tsanawiyah madrassa students. Self esteem scale using a Likert scale based on the aspects of strength, courage, benevolencq and competence. Bullying using a Guttman scale based on the forms of bullying is physical, verbal, relational, cyberbullying. The population of 350 people, and a sample of 100 people consisting of 50 men and 50 women. The results showed that self-esteem is the victim of bullying men ranked high (73 880), while the women were classified low self esteem 37.700 , the results showed bullying men there are 5 people who experience bullying are low, in the low bullying there are 4 people at a price self moderate ( 80 % ) and 1 person with high self-esteem (20%) , then there are 45 people who have high bullying, bullying in high- there are 23 people who have self-esteem was (51.1 %) and 22 men with self-esteem high (48.9%) , then the bullying of women there are 5 people who experience bullying are low, in the low bullying are 2 people with a low self-esteem (40.0 %a) and 3 individuals with moderate self-esteem (60.0 %), then there are 45 people experiencing bullying bullying in such high high there are 26 people with low self esteern (57.5%) and 19 men with moderate selfesteem (42.2%).From the above data it is concluded that there is significant price difference between the self -esteem of men victims of bullying and self esteem of women victims of bullying
