dc.description | Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Grand Sakura Hotel Medan. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini dipakai metode kuantitatif, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan analisis data dan mengajukan angket kepada karyawan pada Grand Sakura Hotel Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Grand Sakura Hotel Medan dan sampel ditentukan dengan seluruh elemen/ anggota populasi yang diselidiki. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana diketahui koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square sebesar 17,9% pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Grand Sakura Hotel Medan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar faktor bebas yang diteliti. Dari hasil pengujian secara parsial tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Grand Sakura Hotel Medan terbukti kebenarannya karena variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki t hitung sebesar 4,561 dan nilai t tabel 1,665, dimana signifikan (0,000<0,05). Setelah melakukan penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Grand Sakura Hotel Medan. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan. In doing this research used quantitative method, while data collection was done by data analysis and asked questionnaire to employees at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan. The population in this study were all employees at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan and samples were determined with all elements / members of the population investigated. From the results of simple regression analysis known coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square of 17.9% influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan, while the rest influenced by other factors outside the free factor studied. From the result of partial test, it can be concluded that the factor of Leadership Style has influence on Employee Performance at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan is proved correct because Leadership style variable has t count of 4,561 and t table value 1,665, which is significant (0,000 <0,05). After doing research, it can be concluded that the style of leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan. | en_US |
