dc.description.abstractThis study aims to examine the study of the identification of employee motivation factors, where the subject of research are employees of PT. Federal international Finance totaling 40 people. In line with the existing discussion on the theoretical basis, the factors proposed in this study are: extrinsic factor has the highest value in influencing employee work motivation with effective contribution weight of 51%, while intrinsic factor has effective contribution weight of 49%. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method, and the analysis technique of this research is known as statistical description, standard deviation, mean and tabulation. Based on data processing, the results obtained from this study found that both intrinsic and extrinsic factors expressed as factors that really affect the work motivation shown from the mean of 158.82 and Deviation Standard (SD) of 11.270 which means significant with each factor.en_US
