Pengaruh Sistem Rekrutmen dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kualitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong (LNK) Kebun Bukit Lawang Langkat

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Recruitment System and Work Experience on Employee Quality PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong (LNK) Garden of Bukit Lawang Langkat. This research type is associative that is research method which is relation between two variables. Population in this research is all employees At PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong (LNK) Garden of Bukit Lawang Langkat is 175 employees. And by using the slovi formula technique, the number of samples in this study amounted to 64 people. Based on t test results can be seen that the recruitment system variable of 4.585 is greater than t table of 1.669 with probability t is sig 0.000 smaller than the limit of significance of 0.05. Based on these values then the variables are positive and significant to the variable quality of work. At work experience variable equal to 3,601 bigger than t table equal to 1,669 with probability t that is sig 0,000 smaller than limit of significance 0,05 then partial training variable have positive and significant influence to work quality variable. Based on the result of F test, F count value of 46,849> 3,14 with sig 0.000 <0,05, which means Recruitment System and Work experience significantly and positively to the variable of work quality. The value of R Square obtained is 0.593. To see the large independent variables to the variable by calculating the coefficient (KD) = R2 x 100%, then obtained KD = 59.3%. This figure shows that 59.3% of performance (variable can) by Recruitment System and Work Experience. The remaining 40.7% by factors not included in this study.
