dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin melihat hubungan Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dengan Loyalitas Karyawan di PT. Cahaya Kawi Ultra Polyintraco Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan positif antara Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dengan Loyalitas Karyawan pada karyawan PT. Cahaya Kawi Ultra Polyintraco Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dan Loyalitas Karyawan. Analisa data menggunakan analisis Product Moment. Hasil penelitian 1. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dan Loyalitas Karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan dari koefisien R = 0.412 ; p = 0,008 berarti p = < 0,001 yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi Leader Member Exchange (LMX) maka semakin tinggi Loyalitas Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. 2. Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dengan Loyalitas Karyawan pada karyawan PT. Cahaya Kawi Ultra Polyintraco Medan dengan hubungan sebesar 17%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 83% kontribusi dari faktor lain terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. Diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian ini para Karyawan bagian produksi PT. Cahaya Kawi Ultra Polyintraco Medan, memiliki Loyalitas Karyawan yang tergolong sedang dan memiliki interaksi atasan bawahan (leader member exchange) yang tergolong baik. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to see the relationship Leader Member Exchange (LMX) with Employee Loyalty at PT. Cahaya Kawi Ultra Polyintraco Medan. Hypothesis proposed there is a positive relationship between Leader Member Exchange (LMX) with Employee Loyalty to employees of PT. Light Kawi Ultra Polyintraco Medan. The population in this study amounted to 110 people. The sampling technique is Purposive sampling. Data collection methods are Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and Employee Loyalty scales. Data analysis using Product Moment analysis. Results of research 1. There is a significant relationship between Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and Employee Loyalty. This is shown from the coefficient R = 0.412; p = 0.008 means p = <0.001 which means that the higher the Leader Member Exchange (LMX) the higher the Employee Loyalty. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted. 2. There is a significant positive relationship between Leader Member Exchange (LMX) with Employee Loyalty to employees of PT. Cahaya Kawi Ultra Polyintraco Medan with relationship of 17%. From these results it is known that there is still 83% contribution from other factors to Employee Loyalty. It is known that the subject of this study the employees of the production of PT. Cahaya Kawi Ultra Polyintraco Medan, has a loyalty of employees who are classified and has a subordinate interaction of subordinates (leader member exchange) is quite good. | en_US |
