Abstract

This study aims to determine the Performance Evaluation of Partnership Program Partners and Community Development in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Employee performance is the result of work that can be achieved a person or group of people within an organization according to the authority and responsibility of each in order to realize the goals of the organization, the leader must be able to mobilize a team, the work process should be developed and human resources process should be the main focus , changes and enhancement of the role of human resource function is essential to support the success of the organization, which here will evaluate the performance of Partnership Program and Community Development program at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan in the year 2016 ago where many indicators can measure an employee's performance. By looking at several indicators to determine the success of the performance of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability, the problem faced is the readiness of human resources to be tested by evaluating its performance, in this research using qualitative descriptive method, the location of research conducted in the office Program Section Partnership and Community Development in PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan, data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation, it can be concluded that the Evaluation of Employee Performance Part Program Partnership and Community Development in PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan very good.
