Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between organizational climate with the performance of teachers in the Education Foundation GBKP branch Delitua. Research subjects are teachers in the Education Foundation GBKP branch Delitua which amounted to 45 people. Sampling technique using Total Sampling, that is data taking as a whole and all population is sampled. Methods of data collection using a scale, which is compiled using Likert scale, which consists of organizational climate scale and teacher performance scale. the organizational climate scale consists of 36 items by showing the reliability coefficient of 0.894 and the teacher performance instrument is taken using documentation data. This data analysis using r Product Moment technique. Based on the data analysis, it is found that the hypothesis proposed in this research is accepted, ie there is a significant relationship between organizational climate with teacher performance, meaning the worse the organizational climate hence the low performance of the teacher. It is proved by calculating r Product Moment analysis with value or coefficient (Rxy) = 0.325 and the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.106 shows the performance formed by organizational climate of 10.6%. Furthermore, it is seen from the calculation of mean hypothetical average 72.5 and mean empiric average 69,42 and standard deviation = 2,148 known that low organizational climate. While teacher performance of mean empiric mean of 46.02 is known that teacher performance in low category.
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan kinerja guru di Yayasan Pendidikan GBKP cabang Delitua. Subjek penelitian adalah guru di Yayasan Pendidikan GBKP cabang Delitua yang berjumlah 45 orang. Diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala, yang terdiri dari skala iklim organisasi dengan skala kinerja guru yang di susun menggunakan skala likert. Skala iklim organisasi terdiri dari 36 item dengan menujukkan koefisien reliabilitas 0,894 dan instrument kinerja guru diambil menggunakan data dokumentasi. Analisis data ini menggunakan teknik r Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima, yaitu ada hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan kinerja guru, artinya semakin buruk iklim organisasi maka rendah kinerja guru. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui perhitungan analisis r Product Moment dengan nilai atau koefisen (Rxy) = 0.325 dan koefisien determinan (R2) = 0,106 menunjukan kinerja dibentuk oleh iklim organisasi sebesar 10,6%. Selanjutnya dilihat dari perhitungan mean hipotetik rata- rata 72.5 dan mean empiric rata – rata 69,42 serta standar deviasi = 2,148 diketahui bahwa iklim organisasi yang rendah. Sedangkan kinerja guru dari hitungan mean empiric rata - rata 46,02 diketahui bahwa kinerja guru dalam kategori rendah.
