Pengaruh Semangat Kerja dan Pengawasan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Lapangan pada PTPN IV Emplasmen Bah-Butong Sidamanik

Abstract

This study aims to determine "What is the influence of work morale and supervision on employee work productivity at PTPN IV unit of bah-butong Sidamanik". This type of research is associative is a research that is asking the relationship between two variables. Population in this research is all field employees At PTPN IV Emplasmen Bah-butong Sidamanik And by using the sampling technique, the number of samples in this study as many as 64 respondents taken from some population. Based on t test results can be seen that t arithmetic on variable of work morale 5.656 is greater than t table of 1.670 with the supervision is sig 0.000 smaller than the limit of significance of 0.05. Based on these values, the work Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. In lifestyle variable equal to 1.702 bigger than t table equal to 1.670 with probability t that is sig 0.000 smaller than limit of significance equal to 0,05, then partial lifestyle variable have positive and significant influence to variable purchase decision. Based on the result of F test, it is obtained the value of F count of 50.373> 3.12 with sig 0,000 <0,05, showing PTPN IV Bah-butong sidamnik simultaneously influential positively and significantly to the purchase decision variable. The value of R Square obtained is 0.611. To see the great influence of independent variables on dependent variable by calculating the coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, so obtained KD = 61,1%. This figure indicates that 61,1% of purchasing decisions (dependent variable) can be explained by PTPN IV Bah-butong Sidamanik The rest of 38,9,% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.
