dc.description | Sumber daya manusia menjadi bagian paling penting dalam kelangsungan suatu perusahaan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan investasi paling berharga dan pondasi paling kokoh dari kelangsungan suatu perusahaan. Salah satu aspek untuk mensukseskan perusahaan dapat dilihat dari kebijakan pemimpin suatu permasalah dalam hal ini bagaimana sistem rekrutmen yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan apakah akan mempromosikan sebagian besar pegawai dari dalam organisasi ataukah mengangkat dari luar guna mengisi kekosongan pada semua jenjang. Selain itu perihal apakah penekanannya pada sekedar mengisi lowongan saja atau pengangkatan untuk tujuan jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas rekrutmen pegawai di SPBU COCO Pertamina Retail Medan. Adapun kriteria atau indikator dari pada efektivitas Tangkilisan, (2005:141) yakni diantaranya, Pencapaian Target, Kemampuan Adaptasi (Fleksibelitas), Kepuasaan Kerja, Tanggung Jawab. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mana penulis melakukan teknik wawancara. Berdasarkan Hasil Dari Penelitian Yang Telah Dikemukakan, Maka Penulis Dapat Menarik Kesimpulan Secara Garis Besar bahwa, Efektivitas Rekrutmen Pegawai Di SPBU COCO Pertamina Retail Medan Cukup Efektif. Kendala yang sering dihadapi dalam proses perekrutan missalnya, kandidat (calon pegawai) yang ditetapkan tidak ada namun hanya mendekati kreteria yang dibutuhkan, Kelengkapan pegawai untuk tes penerapan SOP dilapangan seperti topi dan tas belum terpenuhi dan terkadang penerapan SOP dilapangan menimbulkan kerugian bagi operator utama yang mengawasi. Setelah melihat hasil pemaparan diatas akan dikemukakan saran yang diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam prosedur rekrutmen pegawai misalnya Proses rekruitmen yang sudah ada dipertahankan, bahkan bila perlu ditingkatkan agar lebih baik lagi. Diantaranya dalam pengumuman lowongan tenaga kerja sebaiknya jangan hanya menggunakan media sosial saja tetapi mencoba memakai media cetak atau selebaran agar banyak orang yang mengetahuinya. Sehingga pelamar pun semakin banyak dan semakin banyak pula pilihan dalam menentukan yang terbaik. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Human resources become the most important part in the survival of a company. Human resources are the most valuable investment and the ultimate foundation of a company's survival. One aspect to the success of the company can be seen from the policy of the leader of a problem in this case how the recruitment system established by the company whether to promote most of the employees from within the organization or lift from the outside to fill the void at all levels. In addition, whether the emphasis is on just filling vacancies or appointments for long-term purposes. The purpose of this study to determine the effectiveness of employee recruitment at gas stations COCO Pertamina Retail Medan. The criterion or indicator of the effectiveness of Tangkilisan, (2005: 141), among others, Target Achievement, Adaptation Capacity (Flexibility), Job Satisfaction, Responsibility. This research is in the form of descriptive qualitative research which the writer do interview technique. Based on Results Of Research That Has Been Spoken, Then Writers Can Draw Conclusions Outline that, Effectiveness Recruitment Staff at Gas Station COCO Pertamina Retail Medan Quite Effective. Constraints are often faced in the process of recruitment of the missions, candidate (prospective employees) that are set no but only close to the required criteria, Completeness of employees to test the application of SOP field such as hats and bags have not been met and sometimes the application of SOP in the field cause losses for major operators who supervise . After seeing the results of the above exposure will be presented suggestions that are expected to be considered in recruitment procedures such as the existing recruitment process is maintained, even if necessary improved for better. Among them in the announcement of job vacancy should not only use social media but try to use print media or flyers so many people who know it.
