dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat etos kerja generasi Z pada karyawan di dinas kependudukan dan catatan sipil Kabupaten Padang Lawas, dimana yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah karyawan TKS (Tenaga Kerja Sementara) dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang karyawan TKS yang lahir pada rentang tahun 1991-1999 atau generasi Z. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif hasil analisis deskriptif pada etos kerja ini adalah, didapatkan untuk ciri disiplin nilai rata-ratanya 9.67 atau 10%, dan pada hasil analisis deskriptif frekuensi bahwa disiplin 73%, aspek jujur nilai rata-ratanya 13.80 atau 15%, aspek percaya diri 12.87 nilai rata-ratanya 12.87 atau 14%, aspek tanggung jawab nilai rata-ratanya 8.90 atau 10%, aspek hemat nilai rata-ratanya 9.93 atau 11%, aspek memiliki jiwa wirausaha nilai rata-ratanya 9.77 atau 10%, aspek mandiri nilai rata-ratanya 6.30 atau 7%, aspek memperhatikan kesehatan dan gizi nilai rata-ratanya 8.00 atau 9%, aspek menjalin komunikasi nilai rata-ratanya 12.77 atau 14%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif tersebut diketahui bahwa aspek tertinggi yaitu aspek jujur sebesar 12.87 atau 15% dan aspek terendah yaitu mandiri sebesar 6.30 atau 7%.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see the work ethos of Z generation on employees in the population and civilian records of the Padang Lawas district, where the subject of the research are the employees of TKS (temporary workforce) with the number of the research samples are 30 employees of TKS who was born (1991-1999) or Z generation. Using purposive sampling technique, there was no hypothesis has been proposed in this research. In an attempt to prove it by using Descriptive Analysis. The result of this descriptive analysis research towards work ethos is obtained for the discipline of the average value of 9.67 or 10%, and on the results of descriptive analysis of the frequency that 73% discipline, the honest aspect of the average value 13.80 or 15% confident aspects 12.87 average score 12.87 or 14%, the average value of responsibility aspect is 8.90 or 10%, the average aspect of the average value is 9.93 or 11%, the aspect of having the entrepreneurship spirit is the average of 9.77 or 10%, the aspect independent of the average score of 6.30 or 7%, aspects of health and nutrition paying an average score of 8.00 or 9%, the aspect of establishing communication the average value of 12.77 or 14%. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it is was founded that the highest aspect of the honest aspect of 12.87 or 15% and the lowest aspect of the independence of 6.30 or 7%.en_US
