dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Mnc Sky Vision Medan”. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah asosoatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT. Mnc Sky vision cabang kantor pos dan cabang jalan periuk medan yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik pengambilan data berupa menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Mnc Sky vision cabang kantor pos dan cabang jalan periuk Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berdasarkan hasil uji t maka diperoleh t hitung > t tabel yaitu (5,317 > 2,002) dengan nilai signifikan (0.000 < 0.05) maka disimpulkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja secara simultan berdasarkan uji t maka diperoleh t hitung > t tabel yaitu (2,385 > 2,002) dengan nilai signifikan (0.020 < 0.05) maka disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Berdasarkan uji F variable lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel yaitu (42,999 > 3,16) dengan nilai signifikan (0.000 < 0.05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, variabel lingkungan dan disiplin kerja, secara bersama–sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi, dapat dilihat nilai R Square yang di peroleh adalah 0,601. Artinya 60,1% perubahan variable terikat ( kinerja ) dipengaruhi oleh variable bebas yakni lingkungan dan disiplin kerja. dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine "The Effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline Against Employee Performance at PT. Mnc Sky Vision Medan ". The type of data in this study is associative is a study that is asking the relationship between two variables. Population in this research all employees of PT. Mnc Sky vision branch offices and branches of field roads of 60 people. Data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires to all employees. The sample used in this research is all employees of PT. Mnc Sky vision branch of post office and branch of Medan street. The result of the research shows that the working environment is simultaneously based on the result of t test, it is obtained t count> t table (5,317> 2,002) with significant value (0.000 <0.05) it is concluded that work environment variable has positive and significant effect to employee performance, work discipline simultaneously based on t test it is obtained t arithmetic> t table that is (2,385> 2,002) with significant value (0.020 <0.05) it is concluded that work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and Based on F test work environment variable and work discipline obtained F value calculate> F table that is (42,999> 3,16) with significant value (0.000 <0.05) hence can be concluded that, environment variable and work discipline, together have positive and significant effect to employee performance. Based on the calculation of coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the value of R Sqaere obtained is 0.601. This means that 60.1% change in bound variables (performance) is influenced by independent variables environment and work discipline. There are other variables that affect customer satisfaction by 39.9%. | en_US |
