Abstract

The important of archives in a government institution as well as a private institution that aims to provide information and as authentic evidence. This study aims to see the process of active and inactive dynamic archive at library office and domain of Deli Serdang ( Study at library office archives and documentation Deli Serdang District). The research method used is qualitative descriptive through literature study interview, The results showed there are still factors that affect the implementation in the processing of active and inactive dynamic archives among others inhibiting factors such as incomplete facilities available human resources ( HR ) is still low while its supporting factors, among others have a clear objectives and targets.
