Abstract

CSR accountability is the company's mechanism for empowering the community to achieve a better standard of living. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia in channeling its CSR is through the Community Development Program provided in the form of financial aid and / or goods to the community. Based on these. The problems in this research are: Firstly How is Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Arrangement in PT.Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk; Secondly how the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Responsibility in PT.Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk; And third, how the System of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Implementation in PT.Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk The method used is normative juridical research with descriptive analysis approach. This research yields three conclusions that is first of CSR arrangement at PT. Bank BNI is regulated in no. 19 year 2003 as the latest regulation on CSRs second responsibility CSR PT. BNI Bank is in the form of environmental development program where the environment is more directed to the village such as the example where to build a mosque in the area of Aceh and provide assistance to the third school system application of SCR BANK State of the Republic of Indonesia conduct CSR activities that is to improve the welfare for the community as the recipient program in terms of Community Development Conclusion PT BANK NEGARA INDONESIA Tbk is one of the Bank in Indonesia (in the form of BUMN) in Indonesia already has a special division for CSR named CSR Group. CSR PT BANK Negara Indonesia Tbk started with the awareness of the importance of sharing with the community as stipulated in commitment and mission BANK BNI.
