Penentuan Kadar Glukosa Urine di Laboratorium Rumah Sakit Sari Mutiara Medan

Abstract

English : The purpose of this study was to determine urine glucose levels in patients who came for treatment at Sari Mutiara Hospital Medan. Both qualitative and quantitative tests were utilized in this study. Qualitative analysis of urine glucose by inserting urine sample 5-8 drops into a test tube containing 5 ml of benedict solution, then burned on a burning fire and observing the color changes that occur, quantitative urine glucose analysis by adding sodium carbonate and 2 boiling stones into a test tube containing 5 ml of benedict solution, burned over a flame, then drops urine using 1 ml pipette, while dripping urine, the liquid must not stop boiling, the titration ends when the blue color does not look again. The results of both qualitative and quantitative analyses were obtained from 25 test samples, 15 positive urine glucose patients, and 10 negative urine glucose patients.

Mandarin Abstract : 这项研究的目的是确定来到棉兰Sari Mutiara综合医院的患者的尿糖水平。研究方法采用定性和定量试验，尿液定量分析，将尿液样品5-8滴入已经含有5毫升本尼迪克特溶液的反应管中，然后在火上燃烧，观察发生的颜色变化，定量分析尿糖浓度将碳酸钠和2发沸石加入含有5毫升本尼迪克特溶液的反应管中，在火焰中燃烧，然后用1毫升移液管滴尿，同时滴尿液，液体不应停止沸腾，滴定结束于蓝色不再看了。定性和定量分析的结果来自25个测试样品，15个阳性尿糖患者和10个阴性尿糖患者。

Japan Abstract : この研究の目的は、メダン市のサリムティアラ（Sari Mutiara）病院で治療を受けた患者の尿中グルコース濃度を測定することである。方法は、ベネディクト液5 mlを含む試験管に5〜8滴の尿サンプルを入れることによる、尿グルコースの定性および定量テスト、定性分析である。 それを燃える火で燃やし、発生する色の変化を観察する。尿ブドウ糖の定量分析は、炭酸ナトリウムと2つの沸騰石を5 mlのベネディクト溶液が入った試験管に加え、炎上で燃やし、1 mlピペットを使用して尿を落とすことによって行われる。尿を滴下するとき、液体は沸騰を止めてはならず、滴定は青い色が見えなくなったときに終了する。 定性的および定量的分析の結果は、25のテストサンプル、15の陽性尿ブドウ糖患者、10の陰性尿ブドウ糖患者から得られた
