Pengaruh Penggunaan pupuk organik cair dari limbah kulit pisang dan pupuk kandang ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman selada (Lactuca Sativa L. ). Skripsi, di bawah bimbingan Ir. Erwin Pane MS, selaku Ketua Pembimbing dan Ir. Maimunah Msi, selaku Anggota Pembimbing. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area, Jl. Kolam No 1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian tempat 12 meter di atas permukaan laut, dan dilaksanakan sejak bulan Desember 2016 s/d Januari 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan, yakni : 1) Pupuk Organik Cair Limbah Kulit Pisang (P) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu: P0 = kontrol (tanpa POC limbah kulit pisang); P1 = Pupuk Organik Cair limbah kulit pisang 30 ml/ Lair; P2 = pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang 60 ml/ L air; P3 = pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang 90 ml/L air, dan 2) Pupuk Kandang Ayam (A) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu : A0 = kontrol (tanpa pupuk kandang ayam); A1 = pupuk kandang ayam 1 kg/m2; A2 = Pupuk kandang ayam 2 kg/m2; A3 = Pupuk kandang ayam 3 kg/m2, dan diulang sebanyak 2 kali. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat basah tanaman per sampel, berat basah tanaman per plot dan berat bersih per plot. Hasil dari penelitian Pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah per sampel, bobot basah per plot dan bobot basah jual per plot. Perlakuan P3 (P0C limbah kulit pisang 90 ml/ L air) merupakan perlakuan yang memberikan hasil pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik. Pemberian pupuk kandang kotoran ayam berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter pengamatan. Interaksi antara pupuk organik cair limbah kulit pisang dan pupuk kandang kotoran ayam berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot basah per sampel, bobot basah per plot dan bobot basah jual per plot.en_US

Influence The use of liquid organic fertilizer from banana peel waste and chicken manure on the growth and production of lettuce ( Lactuca Sativa L.). Thesis, under the guidance of Ir. Erwin Pane MS, as the Chief Counselor and Ir. Maimunah Msi, as Advisor Member. This research was conducted in experimental garden of Faculty of Agriculture University of Medan Area, Jl. Swimming No. 1 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District with a height of 12 meters above sea level, and implemented since December 2016 s / d January 2017. Research method used is Randomized Block Design (RAK) Factorial consisting of 2 factors of treatment , namely: 1) Liquid Organic Fertilizer Banana Leather Waste (P) consisting of 4 levels, namely: P0 = control (without POC banana peel waste); P1 = Organic Fertilizer Liquid waste banana leather 30 ml / Lair; P2 = organic fertilizer liquid banana peel waste 60 ml / L water; P3 = liquid organic fertilizer of banana peel waste 90 ml / L water, and 2) Chicken Poultry Manure (A) consisting of 3 levels, namely: A0 = control (without chicken manure); A1 = chicken manure 1 kg / m2; A2 = Poultry manure 2 kg / m2; A3 = Poultry manure 3 kg / m2, and repeated 2 times. The parameters observed in this study were plant height, leaf number, wet weight of plant per sample, plant wet weight per plot and net weight per plot. The results of the research The provision of organic fertilizer liquid banana skin discharge have a very significant effect on plant height, leaf number, wet weight per sample, wet weight per plot and wet weight of sale per plot. P3 (P0C banana leather waste 90 ml / L water) the treatment that gives the best growth and production result. The manure of chicken manure has no significant effect on all observation parameters. The interaction between liquid organic fertilizer of banana peel waste and chicken manure had no significant effect on plant height, leaf number, wet weight per sample, wet weight per plot and wet weight of sale per plot.en_US
