dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris Hubungan Antara Kondisi Kerja dengan Kepuasan Kerja, dimana yang menjadi subjek penelitian karyawan di PT. Sucofindo cabang Medan yang berjumlah 40 orang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara kondisi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja di PT. Sucofindo cabang Medan. Dengan asumsi semakin baik kondisi kerja karyawan, maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dalam upaya membuktikan hipotesis tersebut, digunakan metode analisis data SPSS (statistical program for social science) dengan teknik analisa korelasi product moment, dimana berdasarkan pengolahan data, diperoleh hasil-hasil sebagai berikut: 1). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kondisi kerja dengan lingkungan kerja. Hasil ini dilihat dari analisis korelasi product moment rxy = 0,961; p = 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ini, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. 2). Dari analisis data diketahui mean empirik Kondisi Kerja adalah 191.10 dan dinyatakan tinggi dan kepuasan kerja adalah 176,75 dan dinyatakan tinggi. 3).Kondisi Kerja mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 92,20%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 7,80% faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine and test empirically the relationship between Working Conditions And Job Satisfaction, which is the subject of employee research at PT. Sucofindo Medan branch which has 40 people. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a Relationship Between Working Conditions And Job Satisfaction Of Employee. In an effort to prove the hypothesis, SPSS data analysis method ( Statistical Program Social Science) is use with Product Moment correlation analysis technique, which is based on data processing, the following results are obtain: 1). There is the significant relationship between Working Conditions And Job Satisfaction. This result is seen from the Product Moment Correlation analysis rxy = 0.961; p = 0.000 < 0.05. based on the results of this analysis, it can be stated that proposed hypothesis is declared acceptable. 2). From the analysis of the data it is known that the empirical mean of working conditions is 191.10 and stated high and job satisfaction is 176.75 and declared high. 3). Working conditions and job satisfaction by 92.20%. from the results it is known that there are still 7.80% other factors that can effect Job Satisfaction. | en_US |
