Nafasindo maka semakin rendah kinerja karyawan.

Nafasindo Medan, amounting to 53 people. Sampling is done by total sampling technique (overall sample). The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between work discipline and employee performance. That is, the higher the work discipline that employees of PT. Nafasindo, the higher the employee's performance, the lower the work discipline of PT. Nafasindo, the lower the employee's performance. In an effort to prove the hypothesis, the Product Moment correlation data analysis method was used, which based on data processing, obtained the following results: 1). There is a very significant positive relationship between work discipline and employee performance. This means that the higher the work discipline, the higher the employee's performance and vice versa the lower the work discipline, the lower the employee's performance. This result is seen from the Product Moment correlation analysis rxy = 0.591; p = 0,000 <0,050. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be stated that the proposed hypothesis is declared acceptable. 2). From the data analysis, it is known that the mean empirical work discipline is 121.90 and stated high and employee performance is 91.05 and stated high. 3).
