dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan pada bank perkreditan rakyat PT BPR NBP di Sidikalang. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara Iklim Organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat PT. BPR NBP Sidikalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional dengan populasi sebanyak 43 orang karyawan serta mengambil sampel dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 43 orang, yang merupakan keseluruhan populasi dari karyawan PT. BPR NBP Sidikalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Product Moment. Hipotesis dalam hasil penelitian ini diterima, dengan hasil penelitian yang memperlihatkan bahwa iklim organisasi berhubungan positif dengan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan, dimana iklim organisasi perusahaan tergolong tinggi dan organizational citizenship behavior karyawan juga tergolong tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan r = 0,427, dengan p = 0,002, dan kontribusi faktor iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan adalah sebesar 18,2%.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior of employees at the rural bank of PT BPR NBP in Sidikalang. The hypothesis proposed in this study is the relationship between Organizational Climate and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Rural Bank employees of PT. BPR NBP Sidikalang. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research with a population of 43 employees and take samples with a total sampling technique of 43 people, which is the entire population of employees of PT. BPR NBP Sidikalang. This study uses Product Moment data analysis techniques. The hypothesis in the results of this study is accepted, with the results of the study showing that the organizational climate is positively related to organizational citizenship behavior of employees, where the organizational climate is high and organizational citizenship behavior is also high. This is evidenced by r = 0.427, with p = 0.002, and the contribution of organizational climate factors to employee organizational citizenship behavior is 18.2%.en_US
