Abstract: This study aims to determine the relation of family support and the quality of life of the elderly in Payagambar. The sample of this study is 40 elderly. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relation between the family support and the quality of life. This study is based on Likert scale method by using scale Aspects of family support by Gunarsa & Gunarsa (2012), which consists of : Giving real support, Giving attention, Giving warmth, and Giving affection and protection. The aspect soft quality of life according to Cella (in Agustiani,2006) are: Functional Well-being, Physical, Psychological/Emotional and Social Well-being. The result of data analysis is that the positive relation between family support with quality of life exists, in which rxy = 0,672 with significance p = 0.000 ( 0,050). The family support is accepted highly since the empirical value(102.54) is greater than hypothetical ones(87.5), and the quality of life is also high since the empirical average value(93.16)is greater than the hypothetical average value(80). It can be seen from the results of the study that the coefficient to of determinant[r2) of the relation between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2= 0.452. This shows that the family support contributes to a 45. 2% quality of life. So this research hypothesis is acceptable.
Description: Pada dasarnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Prestasi Belajar dengan Kepercayaan Diri Pada Remaja di SMA NURUL IMAN TANJUNG MORAWA. Diasumsikan bahwa semakin baik prestasi belajar maka kepercayaan diri pada remaja semakin tinggi, atau sebaliknya semakin buruk prestasi belajar maka kepercayaan diri pada remaja semakin rendah. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan metode dokumentasi pada prestasi belajar, Dan skala Rasa Percaya Diri disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek Lauster (dalam Ghufron, 2011): Keyakinan akan kemampuan diri , Optimis, Obyektif, Bertanggung jawab, dan Rasional skala menggunakan metode likert. Adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 560 remaja, dan sampelnya sebanyak 70 remaja. Berdasarkan analisis data, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Prestasi Belajar dengan Kepercayaan diri, dimana rxy = 0,859 ; p= 0.000 < 0,010. Artinya semakin Baik Prestasi Belajar, maka semakin tinggi Kepercayaan diri. Berdasarkan hasil ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Dengan Kepercayaan diri dibentuk oleh Prestasi Belajar sebesar 73,8%.
