dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan perbedaan motivasi belajar di tinjau dari metode ceramah konvensional dan ceramah berbantuan media power point dalam pembelajaran matematika pada siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SD, di SDIT Nurul Ilmi yang berjumlah 46 siswa dan di SD Al Washliyah Medan Krio yang berjumlah 46 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan satu skala likert, yaitu skala motivasi belajar. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan teknik T-test (t) sebesar -0,814 dengan p = 0,000 artinya menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan motivasi belajar siswa ditinjau dari metode ceramah konvensional dan ceramah berbantuan media powerpoint. Motivasi belajar menggunakan berbantuan media powerpoint tergolong tinggi (mean empirik = 126,30) > (mean hipotetik = 82,5) dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan (SD = 7,618). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode ceramah berbantuan media power point mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran matematika di Sekolah Dasar. Untuk itu bagi para guru agar menggunakan media power point sebagai alternatif untuk mengajar pembelajaran matematika, sebab dari hasil penelitian menunjukan media power point dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research was aimed to prove the differences of learning motivation through conventional speech method and assist speech method of power point media in mathematics learning. The subject of this research was sixth grade of SDIT Nurul Ilmi which consisted of 46 students. The technique of taking sample was used random sampling sample. The technique of collecting data was used one likert scale of learning motivation. The data analysis was used T-test technique (t) -0,814 which (p) = 0,000 that indicate there was difference learning motivation through conventional speech method and assist speech method of power point media. Learning motivation used assist power point media rate high level (mean of empirical = 126, 30) > (mean of hypothetic = 82,5) which quarrel the number over (SD = 7,618). The conclusion of this research was the using of assist speech method of power point media effective increased student learning motivation in mathematics at primary school . Therefor teachers hope to use power point media as alternative for teaching mathematics. This research showed power point media affective increased learning motivation.en_US
