dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai bidang teknisi PT. X Cabang Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Total Sampling. Adapun pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan skala likert. Skala yang digunakan yaitu skala kinerja dan skala kualitas kehidupan kerja. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis r Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja pada pegawai teknisi PT. X Cabang Medan dengan rxy=0,547 dan p=0,000 (p<0,05). Selain itu, koefisien determinan (r2) yang didapat adalah r2=0,299 yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja sebesar 29,9%. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa pegawai PT. X Cabang Medan memiliki kinerja yang sangat tinggi yang didapat dari hasil mean hipotetik 123 lebih rendah dari mean empirik 166,6 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 21,1 dan kualitas kehidupan kerja yang juga sangat tinggi yang didapat dari hasil mean hipotetik 204 lebih rendah dari mean empirik 262,8 dengan standar deviasi 37,4. Hal ini menunjukkan hubungan positif antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The performance is the result of work achieved in executing the tasks assigned to employees based on the skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time. One of the factors used in this study is the quality of work life. Quality of work life is one of the best methods to attract and preserving talent employees and to obtain better performance in an organization. This study aims to examine the relationship between quality of work life with performance. This research uses quantitative research method. The populations of this research are technician employees of PT. X Medan Branch. The sample in this study were 46 people. Sampling technique in this study using Total Sampling. The data collection in research using likert scale. The scale used is the scale of performance is a 46 items and the scale of quality of work life is a 76 items. Data analysis techniques used r Product Moment analysis that are used to analyze the relationship between one independent variable and one dependent variable. The results showed there is a relationship between quality of work life with performance on an technician employee of PT. X Medan Branch with rxy = 0,547 and p = 0,000 (p <0,05). In addition, the determinant coefficient (r2) obtained is r2 = 0.299 indicating that quality of work life affects the performance of 29,9%. Based on the research it is known that PT. X Medan Branch technician employees have very high performance from hypothetical mean 123 lower than 166,6 mean empiric with standard deviation of 21,2 and very high work quality of work life obtained from hypothetic mean 204 more low from the empirical mean of 262,8 with the standard deviation of 37,4.
