Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) Positive influence of significant motivation on employee performance at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan. 2) Positive influence of significant work discipline on employee performance at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan. 3) Positive influence of significant motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study was 109 employees, the sampling technique used using stratified proportional random sampling, samples taken as many as 85 employees at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan. Data analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The research data is sourced from the primary data and the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. The result of the research is motivation has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, where the probability value is bigger than sig (0,096> 0,05) and work discipline variable have negative and significant to employee performance, where the probability value is smaller than sig (0,003< 0,05). Simultaneously, the motivation have positive and insignificant effect on employee performance PT. ciomas Adisatwa Medan, where the probability value is greater than sig (0,514> 0,05).
