dc.descriptionPada ruas jalan A.R.Hakim yang mayoritas kawasan perdagangan telah banyak menimbulkan tarikan dan bangkitan yang tak terkendali, sehingga pengendara yang tertarik ke jalan A,R.Hakim memakirkan kendaraannya di bahu jalan (On Street Parking) dengan pola parkir yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung kapasitas ruas jalan yang berdampak pada penurunan kinerja ruas jalan terhadap kendaraan yang parkir di badan jalan (On Street Parking). Adapun hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa dengan posisi parkir 45 pada ruas jalan A.R Hakim menyebabkan berkurangnya lebar jalur lalu lintas efektif sehingga terjadi penurunan kapasitas. Pada puncak pagi Jalan (A) derajat kejenuhan Rata – Rata 0.58 dengan tingkat pelayanan D pada puncak siang derajat kejenuhan rata – rata 0.48 dengan tingkat pelayanan C pada puncak sore derajat kejenuhan rata – rata 0.45 dengan tingkat pelayanan C. ( Dapat diartikan pada puncak pagi jumlah LHR dan On Street Parking di jalan ( A ) paling optimal). Dan jalan ( B ) dari simpang jalan Halat menuju simpang jalan Bromo, Pada puncak pagi derajat kejenuhan Rata – Rata 0.39 dengan tingkat pelayanan C pada puncak siang derajat kejenuhan rata – rata 0.56 dengan tingkat pelayanan D pada puncak sore derajat kejenuhan rata – rata 0.62 dengan tingkat pelayanan D. ( Dapat diartikan pada puncak sore jumlah LHR dan On Street Parking di jalan ( B ) paling optimal ).en_US
dc.description.abstractOn A.R road. The majority of the trading area has caused a lot of uncontrollable pulls and seizures, so motorists who are attracted to road A. R. Hakim put On Street Parking with parking patterns that are not in accordance with the provisions. This study aims to calculate the road capacity that has an impact on the performance of road segments on vehicles that are parked on street parking. As for the results obtained, it shows that with a 45 ° parking position on the A. R Hakim road causing a reduction in the width of the traffic lane effective so that there is a decrease in capacity. At the morning peak of the road (A) the average degree of saturation was 0.58 with the service level D at the peak of the day the average degree of saturation was 0.48 with the level of service C at the peak of the afternoon the degree of saturation averaged 0.45 with the level of service C.
