Abstract: | This study aims to determine the relationship of job satisfaction with work stress on employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Medan Regional Delivery Unit, the formulation of the problem proposed was whether there was a relationship between job satisfaction and work stress at PT. Pos Indonesia Medan Area Delivery Unit. The population in this study were 124 employees with a sample of 61 employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis method uses Pearson product moment. The data collection model uses a scale, namely the job satisfaction scale And work stress scale. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and work stress as seen from the pearson correlation value of = -0.277 with p = 0.031 < 0.050, meaning that there was a negative relationship between job satisfaction and work stress, the lower the job satisfaction, the higher the work stress of employees PT. Pos Indonesia Medan Regional Delivery Unit, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. |
Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan stress kerja pada karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Unit Pengantaran Wilayah Medan, rumusan masalah yang diajukan adalah Apakah ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan stress kerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Unit Pengantaran Wilayah Medan dan hipotesisnya adalah ada hubungan negatif antara kepuasan kerja dengan stress kerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Unit Pengantaran Wilayah Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 124 karyawan dengan Sampel sebanyak 61 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan product moment Pearson. Model pengumpulan data menggunakan skala, yaitu skala kepuasan kerja dan skala stress kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan stress kerja dilihat dari nilai pearson correlation sebesar= - 0.277 dengan p= 0.031< 0.050, artinya ada hubungan negatif kepuasan kerja dengan stress kerja, semakin rendah kepuasan kerja maka semakin tinggi stress kerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Unit Pengantaran Wilayah Medan, artinya adalah H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. |
