dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara pengawasan pimpinan dengan kepuasan kerja pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Medan. Subjek penelitian adalah perawat yang berusia 25-45 tahun, yang berjumlah 50 orang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala pengawasan dan skala kepuasan kerja. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment (rxy) yaitu sebesar 0.511 dengan P = 0,000 < 0,01, artinya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pengawasan pimpinan dengan kepuasan kerja pada perawat yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi pengawasan pimpinan maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja. Sebaliknya semakin rendah pengawasan pimpinan maka semakin rendah kepuasan kerja. Pengawasan pimpinan dalam penelitian ini tergolong tinggi (mean empirik =38,76> mean hipotetik = 37,5 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan SD = 6,045). Dan kepuasan kerja juga tergolong tinggi (mean empirik= 38,90> mean hipotetik = 37,5 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan SD = 5,003). Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut sebesar R2 = 0,261. Pengawasan memberikan sumbangan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 26,1%. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to look at the relationship between leadership supervision and job satisfaction in nurses at the Medan Haji General Hospital. Research subjects were nurses aged 25-45 years, totaling 50 people. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data retrieval is done using two scales, namely the scale of supervision and the scale of job satisfaction. Data analysis using product moment correlation technique (rxy) that is equal to 0.511 with P = 0.000 <0.01, meaning that there is a positive and significant relationship between supervisory supervision and job satisfaction in nurses which indicates that the higher the leadership supervision, the higher the job satisfaction. Conversely, the lower the supervision of the leadership, the lower the job satisfaction. Supervision of leadership in this study is high (empirical mean = 38.76> mean hypothetical = 37.5 where the difference exceeds SD number = 6.045). And job satisfaction is also classified as high (empirical mean = 38.90> mean hypothetical = 37.5 where the difference exceeds SD = 5,003). The coefficient of determination of the correlation is R2 = 0.261. Supervision contributes to job satisfaction of 26.1%. | en_US |
