dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kontrol diri dengan Cyber loafing pada karyawan PT.Cogindo Daya Bersama Unit Pangkalan Susu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Cogindo Daya Bersama Unit Pangkalan susu. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 43 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Kedua skala penelitian disusun berdasarkan skala likert dimana skala kontrol diri berjumlah 34 aitem dan skala cyber loafing berjumlah 36 aitem. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variabel bebas dengan satu variabel terikat. Hasil analisis diketahui terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kontrol diri dengan cyberloafing, dimana = - 0,567 ; p = 0,000 < 0,050. Hasil lain yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini koefisien determinan (r2) dan hubungan sebesar 0,322. Ini artinya kontrol diri memberikan pengaruh sebesar 32,2% terhadap cyberloafing. ini berarti terdapat 67,8% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap cyberloafing diantaranya faktor organisasi,faktor situasinal dan di dalam faktor individual terdapat syness,loneliness,isolation,harga diri persepsi ,habbits ,faktor demografis dengan demikian hipotesis diterima.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the relationship of self-control with Cyber loafing on employees of PT. Cogindo Daya Together Unit Dairy Base. The population in this study were employees of PT. Cogindo Daya Together Unit Pangkalan Susu. The sample of this study were 43 people. Sampling in this study was carried out with total sampling technique. Both research scales are arranged based on a Likert scale where the scale of self-control is 34 items and the cyber loafing scale is 36 items. The data analysis technique used in this research is Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique used to analyze the relationship between one independent variable and one dependent variable. The results of the analysis revealed that there was a significant negative relationship between self-control and cyber loafing, where r_xy = - 0,567; p = 0,000 <0,050. Another result obtained from this study determinant coefficient (r2) and relationship is 0.322. This means that self-control has an effect of 32.2% on cyber loafing. this means that there are 67.8% of the influence of other factors on cyber loafing including organizational factors, situational factors and in individual factors there is syness, loneliness, isolation, self-esteem perception, habits, demographic factors thus the hypothesis is accepted.en_US
