dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Kabupaten Langkat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 49 orang pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Kabupaten Langkat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional diukur dengan menggunakan Skala Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional yang memiliki reliabilitas (a = 0,872), data Kinerja Pegawai menggunakan dokumentasi yang ada di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk. Hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis product moment. Hasil menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy sebesar 0,486 dengan p = 0,000 (p = < 0,05) yang artinya hipotesis diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja pegawai. Sumbangan yang diberikan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kinerja pegawai sebesar 23,6% terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Kabupaten Langkat sedangkan sisanya 76,4% ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain yaitu faktor individu (kemampuan, keterampilan, pengalaman kerja), dan faktor psikologis (sikap, motivasi kerja, dan kualitas kehidupan kerja). | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research aims to knows there is a relationship between transformational leadership style to the employee performance in Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Kabupaten Langkat. The population in this study amounted to 49 employees who worked in the department Pengendalian Penduduk Kabupaten Langkat. Sampling using “total sampling” technique. Transformational Leadership Style is measured using Transformational Leadership Style Scale which is measured which has reliability (a = 0,872), Employee Performance data using documentation in the department Pengendalian Penduduk. The results of data analysis in this study using product moment. Analysis which has a correlation coefficient rxy of 0,486 with p = 0,000 (p = <0,05) which means that the hypothesis is accepted, namely there is a relationship between transformational leadership style with employee performance. Donations given by the variable transformational leadership style with employee performance amounted to 23,6% with employee performance in the department Pengendalian Penduduk Kabupaten Langkat while the remaining 76,4% was determined by other factors, namely individual factors (ability, skill, work experience), and psychological factors (attitude, work motivation, and quality of work life). | en_US |
