Abstract: The constraints in the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms is the high attack of pest insects which damage the substrate media before the mycelium grows to production. The research was conducted in Sumatera Kebun Jamur in Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang in May - June 2018. The research method used was descriptive analysis method using random sampling using the insects trap method which is a color trap (red, yellow and green), pit fall trap and methyl eugenol traps. Observation parameters consisted of insect diversity, insect abundance, index diversity, relative abundance, frequency, level of damage, number of baglog harvests and baglog of mushrooms failed to harvest, and production of oyster mushrooms and mushroom crop failure. There are 9 types of insects named Bactocera dorsalis, Bactocera umbrosa, Bradysia ocellaris Comstock (Diptera: Sciaridae), Libnotes immaculipennis Senior-White (Diptera: Limoniidae), Megaselia tamilnaduensis Disney (Diptera: Phoridae), Chonocephalus rostamani Disney (Diptera: Phoridae), Coboldia fuscipes Maigen (Diptera: Scatopsidae), Cyllodes bifacies Walker (Coleoptera: Nitidullidae) and Cytroga cereals, index diversity of Insect is 1.482 in moderate diversity, the highest abundance of Bactocera dorsalis is 0.4896, baglog damage`s rate of white oyster mushrooms 25.74 %, the highest number of damaged baglogs was 45.10% and the highest failure to harvest white oyster mushrooms reached 2890 grams.
Description: Kendala dalam budidaya jamur tiram putih adalah tingginya serangan serangga hama yang merusak media substrat sebelum miselium tumbuh sampai produksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Sumatera Kebun Jamur Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang pada bulan Mei - Juni 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif menggunakan sampel acak (random sampling) dengan menggunakan metode alat jebakan perangkap yaitu jebakan perangkap warna (merah, kuning dan hijau), jebakan perangkap sumur dan jebakan perangkap metil eugenol. Parameter pengamatan terdiri dari keragaman serangga, kelimpahan serangga, indeks keanekaragaman, kelimpahan relatif, frekuensi, tingkat kerusakan, jumlah baglog panen dan baglog jamur gagal panen, serta produksi jamur tiram dan jamur gagal panen. Terdapat 9 jenis serangga yaitu Bactocera dorsalis, Bactocera umbrosa, Bradysia ocellaris Comstock (Diptera: Sciaridae), Libnotes immaculipennis Senior-White (Diptera: Limoniidae), Magaselia tamilnaduensis Disney (Diptera: Phoridae), Chonocephalus rostamani Disney (Diptera: Phoridae), Coboldia fuscipes Maigen (Diptera: Scatopsidae), Cyllodes bifacies Walker (Coleoptera: Nitidullidae) dan Sitotroga Serealia, Indeks keragaman serangga 1,482 dalam tingkat keanekaragaman sedang, kelimpahan relatif tertingggi Bactocera dorsalis 0,4896, tingkat kerusakan baglog jamur tiram putih 25,74 %, jumlah baglog rusak tertinggi 45,10 % dan kegagalan panen jamur tiram putih tertinggi mencapai 2890 gram.
