Hubungan antara Self Efficacy dengan Kematangan Karir pada SIswa Kelas XII MAS Nahdhatul Islam

Abstract

Career maturity is an individual's success in completing career development tasks that are typical for certain stages of development. Self efficacy is a personality structure that is related to the belief that the self has the ability to take action. This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between Self Efficacy and Career Maturity of Class XII MAS Students of Nahdhatul Islam. The sample of this study was taken based on purposive sampling technique involving 70 students of class XII science and social studies MAS Nahdhatul Islam. The measuring instrument used to measure Career Maturity is a Likert Scale which is compiled based on 4 Aspects of Career Maturity put forward by Super, while the Measurement Tool used to measure Self Efficacy uses a Likert Scale which is prepared based on the Self Efficacy Aspects proposed by Bandura. Data analysis using Product Moment Correlation with Correlation Coefficient rxy = 0.868 with p = 0.000 p (<0.005) with the reliability value of Career Maturity shows Cronbach Alpha 0.891. The reliability of Self efficacy shows Cronbach Alpha 0.861. Based on these results the hypothetical stated acceptable results of this study indicate Career Maturity is high with the hypothetical mean (67.5), while Self Efficacy (60).
