| Abstract: | Aksara market design at Jalan Aksara, Medan Tembung, Medan, North Sumatera is aimed to restore the function of Aksara Plaza as a shopping center that is able to fulfill daily needs of Medan city community. The targets of this project are aimed at the people of Medan city in general and the out-of-town people who come as travelers to meet the needs of shopping and leisure tourism. Aksara market Shopping Center will be providing various shopping facilities in the form of a number of retail shops, markets, restaurants, and other entertainment facilities that are considered necessary and planned because this shopping center wants to provide a good shopping haven and comfortable to its users. |
| Description: | Perancangan Pasar Aksara di Jalan Aksara, Kecamatan Medan Tembung, Medan, Sumatera Utara ini bertujuan untuk mengembalikan fungsi Aksara Plaza sebagai pusat perbelanjaan yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan harian masyarakat kota Medan. Sasaran dari proyek ini ditujukan pada masyarakat kota Medan pada umumnya dan masyarakat luar kota yang datang sebagai pelancong untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisata belanja dan rekreasi. Pusat Perbelanjaan Pasar Aksara ini nantinya akan menyediakan berbagai macam fasilitas perbelanjaan didalamnya yang berupa Pasar Modern dan Pasar Tradisional yaitu, retail pertokoan, kios, restaurant, dan fasilitas hiburan lainnya yang dirasa perlu dan terencana karena pusat perbelanjaan ini ingin memberikan kenyamanan kepada penggunanya. |
