Gambaran Harga Diri Remaja dengan Status Keluarga Bercerai

Abstract

Self-esteem is a self-evaluation made by each individual, then forms an attitude towards oneself and shows how much the individual is capable of, meaning, succeed, valuable. This evaluation is based in part on the opinions of others and partly based on experiences, experienced by individuals. This study aims to find out how the self esteem of adolescents with divorced family status. The population in this study were divorced family members in Perumnas Helvetia, Medan. The sample of this study was 33 people. Sampling in this study was conducted by purposive sampling technique. This scale of the researcher compiled based on the Likert scale where the self-esteem scale amounted to 44 items. The data analysis technique used in this study is a relative frequency analysis technique used to describe variables that are examined based on aspects. The results of the analysis are known to have the highest aspect, namely the significance aspect, which is 26% and the lowest aspect is the aspect of competence, which is 24%. Where as other aspects, namely the power aspect and virtue have the same percentage amount of 25%.
