dc.descriptionMasalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah proses rekrutmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah I Medan, apakah proses seleksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah I Medan, apakah proses rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah I Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) apakah proses rekrutmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah I Medan, 2) apakah proses seleksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawaipada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah I Medan, 3) apakah proses rekrutmen dan seleksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah I Medan. Untuk mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut maka digunakan metode deskriptif, metode statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan sistem komputerisasi (Program Komputer SPSS versi 21) dengan menggunakan rumus yaitu analisis regresi berganda, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil analisis mengenai pengaruh antara rekruitmen dan seleksi dengan kinerja pegawai khususnya pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah I Medan, ternyata diketahui ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara rekrutmen dan seleksi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian hipotesis terbukti. Variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan khususnya pada PT. Pegadaian Medan adalah seleksi, alasannya karena variabel seleksi memiliki nilai koefisien regresi yang terbesar jika dibandingkan dengan variabel rekrutmen, sehingga hipotesis kedua dapat dikatakan terbukti.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main issue in this study is whether the recruitment process affects the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian (Limited) Medan, whether the selection process affects the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian (Limited) Medan,whether the recruitment and selection process affects the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian (Limited) Medan. The purpose of this study were 1) To determine the effect of recruitment process on the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian (Limited) Medan, 2) To determine the effect of selection process on the performance of employees at PT.Pegadaian (Limited) Medan, 3) To determine the effect of recruitment and selection process on the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian (Limited) Medan,For that purpose it is used to apply the descriptive method, descriptive statistical methods with the aid of a computerized system (computer program SPSS version 21) by using a formula that multiple regression analysis, t test and F test. Based on the analysis of the effects of recruitment and selection of the particular employee's performance on PT. Pegadaian Medan, was known to have a positive and significant effect of recruitment and selection of employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proven. The most dominant variables affecting the performance of employees especially in PT. Pegadaian Medan is a selection, the reason for the selection of variables has the largest regression coefficient value when compared to variable recruitment, so it can be said prove the second hypothesis proved.en_US
