dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ada hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan organization citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan Perumnas Reg-1 Medan. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang karyawan. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan organization citizenship behavior pada karyawan Perumnas Reg-1 dengan asumsi semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin tinggi juga organization citizenship behavior pada karyawan Perumnas Reg-1 dan sebaliknya. Penelitian ini mengunakan skala kepuasan kerja dan skala organization citizenship behavior. Dalam skala kepuasan kerja terdiri dari 5 aspek yaitu perkerjaan itu sendiri, gaji/ imbalan, promosi, supervise dan rekan kerja. Dan dalam skala organization citizenship behavior terdiri dari 5 dimensi yaitu altruisme, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy dan civic virtue. Penumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik Korelasi Product moment pearson. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah korelasi koefisien dimana rxy = 0.760 ; p = 0.000 > 0,010.berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis penelitian ini dinyatakan “diterima”. Kemudian dari hasil yang diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,578 atau 57,8% ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja memberikan sumbangsih sebesar 57,8 % dalam mempengaruhi OCB pada karyaawan sedangkan sisanya 42,2 % di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between job satisfaction with organization citizenship behavior (OCB) for employees of Perumnas Reg-1 Medan. The sample in this study were 30 employees. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction with organization citizenship behavior in Perumnas Reg-1 employees. Assuming the higher job satisfaction, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior of Perumnas Reg-1 employees and vice versa. This study uses the scale of job satisfaction and organization citizenship behavior scale. In the job satisfaction scale consists of 5 aspects, namely work itself, salary / reward, promotion, supervision and co-workers. And on an organization citizenship behavior scale consists of 5 dimensions, namely altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy and civic virtue. Data collection is done using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Pearson's Product Moment Correlation technique. The results obtained from this study are correlation coefficients where rxy = 0.760; p = 0.000> 0.010. based on the results of this study, the research hypothesis is declared "acceptable". Then from the results obtained by the correlation coefficient of 0.578 or 57.8% this indicates that Job Satisfaction contributes 57.8% in influencing OCB in the workforce while the remaining 42.2% is influenced by other factors. | en_US |
