Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Promosi Jabatan Pegawai di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Human resources have a very important and dominant role in a company, therefore the workforce that has owned the company needs to be maintained and developed its quality. Human resource issues concerning job satisfaction also occur in the Regional Financial Management and Assets Agency of North Sumatra Province. In this case Employees are in need of high work motivation, because with a high motivation of work such as by getting promotion of office then by itself the employees are motivated to better in carrying out its duties. The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence of work motivation on promotion of positions in financial management bodies and North Sumatra Provincial Government assets. The type of research conducted is this research using quantitative approach. The population in this study is all employees of BPKAD North Sumatra Province assets amounted to 32 Employees. The sample of this study is the total total population of all employees in the field of assets BPKAD North Sumatra Province amounted to 32 Employees. data collection techniques questionnaire / questionnaire, observation, documentation. Data Analysis Technique in this research is product moment correlation technique. and test the coefficient of determination. The result of the research is 0.000, that is <0,05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it means that there is relationship between work motivation to promotion position in Financial Management And Asset Agency of North Sumatera Provincial Government. The strength of the motivation is 79.9% in affecting promotion in the Regional Finance and Asset Management Board of North Sumatera Provincial Government.
