dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris tentang Perbedaan kepuasan kerja ditinjau dari jenis kelamin karyawan di PT. Idaman Nusa Lestari. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 karyawan. Dengan hipotesis: ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja PT. Idaman Nusa Lestari ditinjau dari jenis kelamin dan masa kerja. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan metode skala likert dengan menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja menurut Robbins (dalam Sopiah, 2008) kepuasan kerja terdiri dari: Upah/gaji, Pekerjaan itu sendiri, Promosi, Atasan, Rekan kerja. Setelah dilakukan analisis data maka diperoleh hasil penelitian: ada terdapat perbedaan kepuasan kerja karyawan perempuan dan karyawan laki-laki yang signifikan. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien perbedaan Anava F = 342.781 dengan koefisien signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini berarti nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari 0,050. Hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Berdasarkan perbandingan kedua nilai rata-rata (hipotetik dan empirik), maka dapat dinyatakan perempuan memiliki kepuasan kerja yang tinggi karena mean hipotetik 122.5 < 162.19 dan laki-laki memiliki kepuasan kerja rendah karena mean hipotetik 122.5 > 108.39, kemudian disamping itu jika ditinjau dari masa kerja maka karyawan dengan masa kerja diatas 5 tahun memiliki kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dan karyawan dengan masa kerja dibawah 5 tahun memliki kepuasan kerja yang rendah. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to know and test empirically about differences in job satisfaction in terms of the sex of employees at PT. Ideal for Nusa Lestari. Research samples were 40 employees. With the hypothesis: there are differences in job satisfaction of PT. Nusa Lestari's ideal in terms of gender and years of service. This study was arranged based on the Likert scale method by using the scale of job satisfaction according to Robbins (in Sopiah, 2008) Job satisfaction consists of: Wages / salaries, Work itself, Promotion, boss, coworkers. After data analysis, the results of the study were obtained: there were significant differences in job satisfaction of female employees and male employees. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference Anava F = 342.781 with a significance coefficient of 0,000. This means that the significance value obtained is smaller than 0.050. The proposed hypothesis is accepted. Based on the comparison of both average values (hypothetical and empirical), it can be stated that women have high job satisfaction because the hypothetical mean of 122.5 <162.19 and men have low job satisfaction because the hypothetical mean of 122.5> 108.39, then besides that when viewed from employment, employees with a service life of more than 5 years have high job satisfaction and employees with tenure of less than 5 years have low job satisfaction. | en_US |
