dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin melihat hubungan work family conflict dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawati yang sudah menikah di PT. Majujaya Pohon Pinang. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan negatif antara work family conflict dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawati yang sudah menikah. Pengambilan sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Kedua skala disusun berdasarkan skala likert dimana metode pengumpulan data pada skala work family conflict disusun berdasarkan aspek yaitu, work interfering with family dan family interfering with work, sedangkan skala komitmen organisasi disusun berdasarkan aspek yaitu identifikasi, keterlibatan, dan loyalitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment untuk melihat ada hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Hasil analisis diketahui terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan work family conflict dengan komitmen organisasi dimana rxy= -0,561 ; p = 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil lain yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini koefisien determinan (r2) dan hubungan sebesar 0,315. Ini artinya work family conflict memberikan pengaruh 31,5% terhadap komitmen organisasi. Berarti terdapat 68,5% pengaruh dari faktor lain terhadap komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research heading to look at the work family conflict relationship with organizational commitment to the married employees at PT. Majujaya Pohon Pinang. The hypothesis proposed there is a negative relationship between work family conflict with organizational commitment to the married employees. The research sample was taken by total sampling technique. Both scales are arranged on a Likert scale where the data collection method on work family conflict scale is arranged based on aspects, namely work interfering with family and family interfering with work, while the organizational commitment scale is arranged based on aspects namely identification, involvement and loyalty. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique to see there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the analysis revealed that there was a significant negative relationship between work family conflict and organizational commitment where rxy = -0,561; p = 0,000 <0,05. Other results obtained from this study determinant coefficient (r2) and relationship of 0.315. This means that work family conflict has an effect of 31.5% on organizational commitment. Means that there are 68.5% of the effect of other factors on organizational commitment. Based on the results of this research, the proposed hypothesis is declared acceptable. | en_US |
